If you are reading reviews to decide if Dr. Dailles might be the one who can relieve your pain, i would say you can stop reading and make the appointment. I came to him with chronic low back pain-stenosis, degenerative disk disease and stabbing sacroiliac pain. I walked crooked and hunched over. I was just about ready to get injections again, but I knew those never helped me much, so I cancelled the appointment and made an appointment with Dr Dailles instead. I had been to numerous pain management doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and even accupunturists over the last 15 years. Even getting into my bed hurt, I couldnt lay on my back or my side and could only stay in bed about 4 or 5 hours due to extreme pain. I preferred my recliner chair for sleeping. After seeing Dr. Dailles, my pain slowly was eliminated. At first, I could barely roll myself off of the table you get put on to rest after your appointment, due to the pain I was in. After just a few months I can see such a difference, I am able to lay on my back in bed and sleep 7.5 hours getting up in morning with some stiffness, but no pain. His office does not take my health insurance, but believe me, his adjustments and care are so worth the out of pocket costs. He is so well respected and well known and his care (upper cervical care) is specialized. Like others said, the adjustments are gentle. If you can get to his office (I drive over an hour to see him), I would highly recommend you see him. I truly think anyone who can get to see him will benefit. The adjustments not only eliminate pain, but benefit your health too and he will fully explain why. It may take some time, especially if you have been in pain for many years, and at times you may see other concerns come up during your care. I began to have some hip pain after a month or so. Dr. Dailles explained why (it was due to the changes occuring in my back, and the new way I was walking), and he gave me some exercises and assured me that this pain would go away. He was correct, it did. He is so kind and caring and his office staff are exceptional too.
